REFOIili THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY GO?<IHISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as C.R.P.
It is he~eby resolved that the County Road No. 216, Upper Hoh
State Road Log # 14020 , from Mi1epoint 0.00 to Mi1epoint
be improved as follows:
grade, drain, widen, surface Upper Hoh Intersection
with Hwy. 101 and replace Hell Roaring Creek Bridge.

It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the county engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purpose shown:

with R.C.W. 36.77/060 and WAC 136-18.
