RESOLUTION NO.1 03-80
INTENT TO CLOSE ROAD ACCESS
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of

County Commissioners that it is in the public interest to close the
access as described in the suceeding paragraph:
That portion of County Road 314, Irondale Streets,
being more particularly 7th Avenue where it enters
onto County Road 18 in Section 3, Township 29 N.,
Range 1 W. Y.oJ .M.
.BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners does now
declare its intention to close said road access, and be it FURTHER
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be set for 2:00 p.m., September 2, 1980,
to solicit public opinion about said closure.
