RESOLUTION NO. 106-80
AUTHORIZING THE UTILIZATION OF THE
STATE CONTROLLED AREA NETWORK
"SCAN"
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 11th day of February , 1980, enter into agreement by
and between Jefferson County and the State Department of General Adminis-
tration for the purpose of utilizing the State Controlled Area Network
services called "SCAN"; and
WHEREAS, copies of the said agreement were filed with the City
Clerk and with the County Auditor and with the Secretary of State as required
in sentence No. 8 of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the said State Department feels it necessary that the
said agreement be made a part of the official records of Jefferson County;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Jefferson County hereby
formally recogonizes its obligation to the State Department of General
Administration for the furnishing of State Controlled Area Network "SCAN"
services, the statewide telephone network.
