RESOLUTION NO. ItJg"O
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners, and the County Road Department, that the need no longer
exists to retain vehicle number 47, a 1962 Dump Truck, on the County inven-
tory and that it is in the best interest of the County to dispose of the
said vehicle; and
WHEREAS, Chimacum School District No. 49 has expressed a need and
desire to purchase vehicle number 47 from the County Road Department for
the amount of $350.00; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that vehicle number 47, identified as a 1962 International Dump Truck
ID# R194AFA90l70, is hereby declared surplus property, and is to be sold
to Chimacurn School District No. 49, as authorized under RCW 36.34.010, for
the amount of $350.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the full amount of proceeds derived
from the sale of the said used equipment shall be credited to the Equip--
ment Rental and Revolving Fund as specified under RCW 36.34.120.
