RESOLUTION NO. 111-80
ORDER TO VACATE
This matter coming to be heard August 11, 1980 upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 72-80, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of Co~nty Commissioners that notice to hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
Bayview Avenue, a constructed road, east of State
Highway 20 adjacent to Blocks 18 and 25, Eisenbeis
Bay View Addition to Port Townsend
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
ORDERED this 19th day of August, 1980.
