RESOLUTION NO. 115-80
FINDINGS AND DETERMINATION
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property belonging to Jefferson
County have been identified by various department heads as no longer required
for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, notice of a hearing on the proposal to dispose of County
property on Monday, September 2, 1980, has been given in compliance with
RCW 36.34.020 and .030; and
WHEREAS, hearing on the proposal to sell County property has been
held and all evidence offered for and against the propriety and advisability
of such sale has been considered by the Board of Commissioners, now, therefore
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that sale of those items listed on the
attached INVENTORY is authorized and approved; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that sale shall be held on

will be accepted if bidder has Treasurer's clearance prior to time of auction.

publisher of the Port Townsend Leader, a weekly
newspaper which has been established, published In the
English language and circulated continuously as a weekly
newspaper 111 the town oi Pori Townsend, In said County
and State. and for general circulation in said county for
more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that the
said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th day of June.
1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court
of said Jefferson County. and that annexed Is a true copy

as It appeared In the regular and entire Issue ot said paper
