RESOLUTION NO. 117-80
ORDER TO CLOSE ROAD ACCESS
PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 314
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did, on the
11th day of August, 1980, sign Resolution No. 103-80, declaring their intent
to close the following described road access, and set a time and date of
public hearing which was published and posted for the time and in the manner
prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the said hearing and
it being determined that the public will be benefited by the closure which
eliminates a dangerous intersection; and
WHEREAS, a new replacement road has already been constructed, now
therefore,
BE IT ORDERED THAT:
That portion of County Road No. 314,
Irondale Streets, being more parti-
cularly 7th Avenue where it enters
onto County Road No. 18 in Section
3, Township 29 N., Range 1 W.W.M.
is to be closed by appropriate means and that adequate signing be posted to
alert the public.
