RESOLUTION NO. 118-80
BUDGET TRANSFER
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Department has expressed
the need to adjust the 1980 Budget of Expenditures for their Department to
balance their budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts in
the budget of the Department to permit essential adjustments;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Cornrnis-
sioners, that the Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to make the
following transfers:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appea.rs that an adjustment should be made within the
1980 Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there

Reason For Transfer(s):
The proposed wetland analysis study (517.10.34,02) for 1980 has been eliminated.
The unencumbered funds are available for transfer.
The current Planning Department tape recorder is malfunctioning in the recording
mode, resulting in poor playback audibility and a loss of taped material. Repair
estimates does not warrant repair, replacement is required. The unit will be
retained for playback and back up.
