RESOLUTION NO. 122-80
WHEREAS, Charlene M. Elliott filed a Complaint for Damages
against Jefferson County under District Court No. 2155, and
WHEREAS, the said Charlene M. Elliott has agreed to dismiss her
claim against Jefferson County on payment of four hundred fifty ($450.00)
dollars, and
WHEREAS, it appears advantageous to the interestsof'the'
County that payment in the amount of $450.00 be made in exchange for
dismissillof this lawsuit; Now, Therefore
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Treasurer is
hereby directed to issue a treasurers check in the amount of $450.00 to
"Charlene M. Elliott and K. Michael Fitzgerald, her attorney," and that
the Prosecuting Attorney be and is hereby authorized to obtain dismissal
of the complaint of Charlene M. Elliott, District Court No. 2155, in
exchange for payment of the said $450.00.
