RESOLUTION NO. 129-80
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, Jefferson County, Washington
have been advised that a Warranty Deed has been signed by all interested
parties transfering certain property over to the County to be used for
County road purposes, and the property being described as follows:
That portion of Lots 1 and 2 of the R. Gastfield
Short Plat (Revised) reocrded in Volume 1, Page
74 of Short Plats, being a 60 (sixty) foot wide
strip of land 272.28 feet in length and connecting
Frederick Avenue in Eisenbeis Bayview Addition,
recorded in Volume 2, Page 54 of Plats, and Pacific
Avenue in Cove Addition, recorded in Volume 2,
Page 27 of Plats.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County Commis~
sioners, upon acquisition of the Warranty Deed, accept the above described
land to be used for county road purposes.
