RESOLUTION NO. 130-80
BUDGET TRANSFER
BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Building Inspection Department has
expressed the need to adjust the 1980 budget of expenditures for their Depart-
ment to allow for additional travel expenses that were not anticipated at the
time of preparing their budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts
within the budget of the department to permit the essential adjustments;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to make the
following transfer in the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED and no/100 DOLLARS ($700.00)

524.20.33 Travel

Gentlanen:
Please be advised that after a thorough eX8Inination of my current
budget, it appears that an adjustment should be made within the 1980
budget of expenditures for this department. Due to there being
sufficient funds in other accmmts within the budget of the department
to pennitthe necessary adjustment, I hereby request the following
transfer .
Transfer fran: 524.20.31 Professional Services $700.00
Transfer to: 524.20.33 Travel $700.00
