RESOLUTION NO. 141-80
BUDGET TRANSFER - PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need to adjust the 1980 Budget of Expenditures
for the Planning Department to establish a new sub-category within the "Other
Services And Charges" portion of the said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in the "Other Services
And Charges" section of the said budget to permit the essential adjustment;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to establish the
following new sub-category and to transfer the amount of $3,640.00 into said
new sub-category from the section so stated below of the Planning Department
budget to provide monies for consulting services performed for a technical,
assistance energy audit for the Jefferson County Courthouse under Grant #DE-
FG51-80R000408 with the U.S. Department of Energy.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
106 Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
