RESOLUTION NO. 142-80
,
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
BAYSHORE ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, is has been determined by the Board of Jefferson County
program in July, raising their state contract for service. The full amount
of money needed for the four additional clients will be reimbursed by the
State; and
WHEREAS, a hearing date was set for this date for said emergency
appropriations and notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in
the official newspaper as required by law;
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby appropriated for
immediate expenditure the following amount:

TO:
568.30 Other Services $6,859.00

Bayshore Enterprises added four certified clients to their program in
July, raising their state contract for service (which is based on a
rate of $11.07 per client day) from $32,335 to $39,194, an increase
of $6859.
We need to amend the Developmental Disabilities Bars Budget as follows:
