RESOLUTION NO. 144-80
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - JEFFERSON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION
DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES & SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 20th day of October, 1980, declare that an emergency
existed to extend the Transportation Budget in the sum of $15,700.00 for the
Development of Transportation Facilities and Systems, and set a hearing on
the said emergency for Monday, November 3, 1980, at the hour of 10:30 a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing was held at the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection was interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the Transportation Budget be extended in the amount of
$15,700.00 which is the amount submitted to Jefferson County by the Washington
State Department of Transportation for the Development of Transportation
Facilities and Systems; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding the
gross amounts so specified unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof:
