RESOLUTION NO. 146-80
ORDER
NON-DEPARTMENTAL
BONDS & INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners, Jefferson
County, did, on the 27th day of October, 1980, declare that an emergency
existed to provide additional funds for the Non-Departmental Bonds &
Insurance in the total sum of $3,200.00 to cover additional county insurance
costs, and set a hearing on the said emergency for Monday, November 10, 1980,
at the hour of 10:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing was held at the time and place so specified, and
there was no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Non-Depamtmental
Bonds & Insurance the sum of $3,200.00, from the unemcumbered fund balance
of Current Expense account #501, to be used for county insurance costs;
and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the follwoing account, not exceeding the
gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days hereof:

newspaper which has been establtshed, published In the
English language and circulated continUously as a weekly
newspaper In the town of Port Townsend, In said County
