AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 85-80

true and complete legal description of the property intented to be exchanged
for the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the transfer of the property contained in the proviso
cannot be properly recorded without a true and complete legal description;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that Resolution No. 85-80 be amended to read as follows:
All that portion of the 60 foot dedicated
right-of-way running through Lot 16 (Tax
No. 27), a distance of approximptely 270
feet, of the Plat of Olsen and Hambleton's
Addition to Port Hambleton, as per Plat
recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on page 117,
records of Jefferson ~ounty;

be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned
PROVIDED THAT: that portio,n of Lot 16 as
follows: A strip of property 60 feet wide
running North and South, parallel to and
adjacent to the West line of Platted Road,
beginning at the South line of Lot 16,
continuing to and ending at the North line
of Lot 16;
AlOng,with th~t por~iqp of Lot 15 as fo~lows:
A three (3) slded ple~ of property begln-
ning at the Southern l~e of Lot 15 at that
point where it intersects with the West side
of Platted ROi;l.d, being the True Point of
Beginning; thence North along West side of
Platted Road, a distance of 330 feet more
or less, to the North line of said Lot 15;
thence in a straight line in a SW direction
to an intersection point on the South line
