Fund is insufficient to pay necessary expenses of this depar~ment for this year. After a careful examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a thorough examination of th~ present needs of this department under the current year, I estimate that it will be necessary to have an additional appropriation in the form of an emergency appropriation in the approxi- mate amount of $ 1146.99 for this current year for the following reasons: Industrial Insurance DUE TO A CALCUIATING ERROR. In sutmission of the 1980 budget, a wrong figure was issued to calculate Industrial insurance. This was basically a missinfonnation from the state through the Ausitor's office. ' Accordingly, I request permission from the Board of County Commissioners for an emergency appropriation in the sum of $ 1146.99 for the cur- rent year.
