RESOLUTION NO. 161-80
ORDER
PROPOSED BUDGET APPROPRIATION - NON DEPARTMENTAL
State Examiner
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 24th day of November, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $5,350.00 for the State Examiner Fund, and set a hearing
on said emergency for Monday, December 1, 1980 at the hour of 10:30 a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, the said hearing was held at the time and place so
published and there was no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the State Examiner Fund
for 1980, the sum of $5,350.00 from theUnemcumbered )Current Expense 501
Fund, to be used for additonal audit costs; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding the
gross amounts so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.
