RESOLUTION NO. 162~80
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
Multi-Service Centers Maintenance
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 24th day of November, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $1,569.04 for the Multi-Service Centers Maintenance
budget, to be reimbursed by C.E.T.A., and set a hearing on said emergency
for Monday, December 1, 1980 at 10:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, the said hearing was held at the time and place so
published and there as no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Multi-Service Centers
Maintenance budget for 1980, the sum of $1,569.04 to be used for salary and
benefits; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding the
gross amounts so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof:
