RESOLUTION NO. 167-80
ORDER TO VACATE
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 132-80, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posed and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of the Beaver Valley Road (FAS 496)
in Section 19, Township 28, Range 1 E.W.M. from
Engineering Station 31+00 to Engineering Station
145+00 in Section 32, Township 28 Range 1 E.W.M.,
lying outside of the existing right-of-way of the
present Beaver Valley Road (County Road No. 12)
constructed under C.R.P. #427, approved January 23,
1979, except utility easement.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
