RESOLUTION NO. 172-80
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 8th day of December, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $7,998.16, for the Jefferson County Health Department,
and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, December 22, 1980, at the
hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legal news-
paper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount of $7,998.16 from the unencumbered 501
Current Expense fund balance into the Jefferson County Health Department
Budget for 1980.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to include the said amount of $7,998.16 in BARS account no. 562.00.31.
