RESOLUTION NO. 173-80
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - JEFFERSON COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT
DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONEY
BALANCE FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 15th day of December, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $181,322.68 for the Jefferson County Road Department, and
set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, December 22, 1980, at the hour
of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered to transfer the balance of Federal Forest Funds for 1980, in
the amount of $181,322,68, into the County Road Fund, to be used to cover
unexpected expenditures for 1980.
