RESOLUTION NO. 174-80
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 8th day of December, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $10,700.00, for the Jefferson County Fair Budget, and set
a hearing on said emergency for Monday, December 22, 1980, at the hour of
10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount of $10,700.00 from the unencumbered 501
County Fair Fund balance into BARS account no. 573.70.62; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to draw warrants against said account no. 573.70.62, not
exceeding the gross amount so sppropriated.
