RESOLUTION NO. 175-80
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 15th day of December, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $14,015.00, for the Jefferson County Health Department,
and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, December 22, 1980, at the
hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend
the Jefferson County Health Department Budget for 1980 by transfering monies
to be received from Taxes and Miscellaneous Receipts into BARS account no.
562.00.31.
