RESOLUTION NO. 177-80
WHEREAS, one-half (1/2) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance
with RCW 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation
of the salary established as a basis for payment of the State's
share of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's salary;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the salary for the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney for calendar year 1981 is TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED-FIFTY DOLLARS ($27,250.00).

RE: Prosecuting Attorney's Salary - 1981 Resolution
Dear Mr. O'Meara:
Enclosed is a resolution establishing the Prosecuting Attorney's
salary for calendar year 1981. The purpose of this resolution is
to provide the State Treasurer a record so the state may promptly
remit its one-half share of, the Prosecutor's salary.
Please notify my office when the resolution has been signed.
