ORDER TO VACATE
WHEREAS, the Board of County
for vacation of a county road, submitted by A.B.
day of July, 1969, and by formal motion, approved said petition on the
7th day of July, 1969, as recorded in Volume 0, pages 534 and 535 of the
County Commissioners Proceedings; and
WHEREAS, said records reflect an order for vacation was to be
drafted for execution by the Board of County Commissioners, but due to
inadvertance, said order has not previously been formulated or adopted;
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that to follow the intent of the meaning express-
ed in the minutes of July 7, 1969, it is
HEREBY ORDERED THAT
the alley running between
Lots 5 and 6, and 11 and 12
in Block 6 of Tukey's Addition
Jefferson County, Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
