RESOLUTION NO. 18-79
GRANTING OF EASEMENT TO THE
U.S. FOREST SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, Jefferson County, Washington,
executed a Road Easement to the United States Government, on the 24th day
of July, 1978, granting an easement for the existing road over and across
the following lands as described in the May 29, 1944 deed recorded in
Volume 1 of Road Waivers, page 629, Auditor's No. 102355 of Jefferson
County records in the County of Jefferson, State of Washington:
Township 27N., Range 13 W., Willamette
Meridian, Section 1, Government Lot 8 (surveyed);
and
WHEREAS, the acquiring agency is the Forest Service, Department
of Agriculture;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above noted Easement be
granted in accordance with the conditions stipulated within said Easement
as recorded in Volume 1, pages 264 to 266, Auditor's file No. 252059,
records of Jefferson County, Washington.
