RESOLUTION NO. 20-79
ORDER OF VACATION

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the coun~~~
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted by
Jimmie Cotton, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that
notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in the
manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now on
file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being
fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the public
will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Blanche Avenue and Vale Street
in Morrissey's Addition, Volume 2, Page 69 of
Plats, lying between County Road 18 and the
old County Road 18,
EXCEPT, a tract of land being 30 feet on
each side of a centerline between the follow-
ing two points: A point S 47031'41" W a dis-
tance of 2.5 feet from the most westerly
corner of Lot 1 of the Weidman Short Plat,
Volume 1, Page 14 of Short Plats and a point
N 40022'02" E a distance of 10.0 feet from the
most Southerly corner of Lot 1 of the Weidman
Short Plat, all situate in Section 2, Township
29 North, Range 1 W.W.M. in Jefferson County,
Washington,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEJ, that said petition is exempt from compen-
sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2.-76, except for the
recording.
