RESOLUTION NO.
22-79
WHEREAS, RCW 27.12.040 authorizes the establishment of Rural
County Library District outside of the area of incorporated cities
and towns; and
WHEREAS, the question of whether a Rural County Library District
should be established in Jefferson County was placed on the ballot at
the general election on November 7, 1978; and
WHEREAS, a majority of those casting their ballots approved
the said Rural County Library District; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DECREED that the Jefferson County
Rural County Library District ~s established. Future budgets prepared
by the Board of Library Trustees shall be submitted to the Board of
County Comnlissioners for review pursuant to RCW 27.12.050.
