INTENT TO ESTABLISH COm~TY ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 23-79
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commis-
sioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County
Road System:
The West 30 feet of the SE~ of the SW~ and the East 30 feet of the
SW~ of the SW~ of Section 28, Township 30 North, Range 2 W.W.M.
and in comtemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W. 36.81.010, now there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED, this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its
intention to establish said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as
to the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general
course and length therof; and all other facts, matters and things which
will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon
as possible.
Adopted this 21st. day of February, 1979.
