ORDER OF PLAT ALTE~~ION

REGARDING:
PLAT ALTERATION OF PITTSBURG ADDITION T~~~~
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County,

Washington,
received on the 24th day of January, 1979, a proposed plat showing alterations
upon a copy of the existing plat and a petition for plat alteration of
Pittsburg Addition to Irondale with signatures attached representing more
than three-fourths in number and area of the owners for which plat alteration
is petitioned, and required by RCW 58.12.101; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition, the date of February 26,
1979, was fixed for the hearings, and all the owners of property not joining
in the petition were notified of the hearing in the manner provided by RCW
58.12, stating by whom and when said petition was filed, the object thereof
and when and where the same will be heard; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the hearing of said
petition and the Board of County Commissioners has inquired into and deter-
mined the merits of the proposed change, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plat of Pittsburg Addition to Iron-
dale is altered to reflect that the lots located within Block 2 are hereby
eradicated, and that portion of "Holman Park Reserve" is hereby eradicated,
for the purpose of changing said areas into acreage as shown on said plat.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plat of Pittsburg Addition to
so
approved, shall be filed in the County Auditor's
the original and adjudicated plat.
