This matter coming to be heard this day upon the CountYpr~ \~;mhl~nnF tF.\UTY
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Mark and Laurie Stewart, and it appearing to the Board of County Com-
missioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publi-
cation being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and
determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All of 7th Avenue from the South line of Twigg
Street to the North line Extended of the Alley
in Block 35 to a line 50 feet parallel and
Easterly from the center line of Holman Blvd.,
and lying between Lot 7 of Block 32 and Lot 15
of Block 35 in the Plat of Chalmer's No.2,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for the

expenses of examination, publication and recording.
