ORDER OF VACATION

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Roadw'Hn;n
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Fredrick A. and Millicent S. Reid, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the ether
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and
determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of Linden Street lying
between Blocks 6 and 7 of Bay View Addition
commencing on the West side of Magnolia,
funning thence Westward to the East side
of White Street, the distance being 216
feet,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2 -76 except for the
expenses of examination, publication and recording.
