COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 454
BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMffISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as C.R.P. 454
It is hereby resolved that the County Road 104, Gardiner Beach By-Pass Road,
State Road Log # 38570 , from M11epoint 0.00 to M11epoint 0.53
be improved as follows: Regraded, drained and surf,aced with Light Bituminous Surface
Treatment.
It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the county engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purpose shown:

R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
~The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance
~with R.C.W. 36.77/060 and WAC 136-18.
