COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 455
BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COM11ISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as C.R.P. 455
It is hereby resolved that the Various County (1979 Oiling Program) Roa~
State Road Log # , from Mi1epoint to Mi1epoint
be improved as follows:
Light Bituminous Surface Treatment
It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the county engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purpose shown:

~This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program
VU as Item Ii 21

program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130.
It is further resolved that:
()The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
~The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance
~with R.C.~. 36.77/060 and WAC 136-18.
