RESOLUTION NO.
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the

report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Josephine Crist, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now
on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being
fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the public
will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Tukey Avenue beginning at the
line formed by the Westerly extension of the
South line of Block 8, thence Northwesterly
along the centerline of Tukey Avenue to a line
that is 30 feet Northwesterly of the Southerly
tip of Lot 2, Block 7, and placed so as to be
parallel to the lot line between Lot 1 and Lot
2 of said Block 7,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for the
expenses of examination, publication and recording.
