ORDER OF PLAT ALTERATION

REGARDING:
PLAT ALTERATION OF PORT LUDLOW NO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, received on the 5th day of March, 1979, a proposed plat show-
ing alterations upon a copy of the existing plat and a petition for plat
alteration of Port Ludlow No. 5 with signatures attached representing more
than three-fourths in number and area of the owners for which plat alter-
ation is petitioned, and required by RCW 58.12.101; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition, the date of March 19,
1979, was fixed for the hearing, and all the owners of property not joining
in the petition were notified of the hearing in the manner provided by RCW
58.12, stating by whom and when said petition was filed, the object thereof
and when and where the same will be heard; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the hearing of
said petition and the Board of County Commissioners has inquired into and
determined the merits of the proposed change, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plat of Port Ludlow No. 5 is
altered to reflect that the Private Covenant Condition which states: "No
building shall be constructed upon any lot in this plat with any portion
of the building nearer than 20.00 feet from the lot line adjoining the
street", is hereby eradicated; and a 10 foot easement for utilities along
the eastern portion of Lots 11 through 18 and the Reserve Area east of
Montgomery Court, shall be added.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plat of Port Ludlow No.5, so
adjudicated and approved, shall be filed in the County Auditor's Office
showing the lines of the original and adjudicated plat.
