ORDER OF PLAT VACATION
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of
ton, received on the 20th day of February, 1979,
of the Plat of Philadelphia Addition to the City of Port Townsend with
signatures of the sole owners representing more than three-fourths in
number and area for which plat vacation is petitioned, and required by
RCW 58.12.101; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition, the date of March 26, 1979
was fixed for the hearings, and all owners of property not joining in the
petition were notified of the hearing in the manner provided by RCW 58.12,
stating by whom and where the same will be heard; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the hearing of said
petition and the Board of County Commissioners has inquired into and
determined the merits of the proposed vacation, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Plat of Philadelphia Addition to
the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington, including all
streets and lots, be vacated and abandoned, and said Plat shall be hereafter
carried upon the County property and tax assessment rolls as acreage and
shall cease to be known as Philadelphia Addition; EXCEPT the 60 foot right-
of-way for County Road No. 40-7.20, East Middlepoint Road.
ORDERED this 26th day of March, 1979.
