RESOLUTION NO. 41-79
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 458
BRFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COt-'lHISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as C.R.P. 458
It is hereby resolved that the Port Ludlow - Paradise - Shine Road,
State Road Log # 45170 at,~ Milepoint 2,90 to M11epoint
be improved as follows:
Re-align grade, drain and surface intersection at
Port Ludlow - Tala Shores Road and Magnolia Blvd.
It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the county engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purpose shown:

~The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance
~with R.C.W. 36.77/060 and WAC 136-18.
