RESOLUTION NO. 43-79
WHEREAS, vehicle number 7, a 1973 GMC Rally wagon,
is no longer needed by the County Road Department; and
WHEREAS, the County Multi-Service Maintenance Department
does have a need for this vehicle; and
WHEREAS, RCW 39.33.060 authorizes the county to either
conveyor contract with the Multi-Service Maintenance Department for
the usage of such property; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that vehicle number 7, the 1973
GMC Rally Wagon, is hereby transferred from the County Road Depart-
ment to the County Multi-Service Maintenance Department. The County
I'iulti-Service Maintenance Department shall pay all expenses of
operation and maintenance.
