ORDER OF VACATION
I
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the c~~~~~
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by George Olson and Phyllis Olson, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publi-
c-ation being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidend.e
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and deter-
mine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That alley dividing Lots 1 through 6,
inclusive, from Lots 7 through 12,
inclusive, in Block 13, of Phillips
Addition to Irondale
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
the expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination,
publication and recording.
