79-79
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
COUNTY EXTENSION SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 20th day of August, 1979 declare that an emergency existed to provide
additional funds for the Jefferson County Extension Service in the sum of
$162.79; and set a hearing on said emergency for Tuesday, September 4, 1979,
at the hour of 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County Extension
Service budget the sum of $162.79 to be used for Salaries; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the attached accounts, not exceeding the
gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.
