ORDER OF VACATION
be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 75-79, Intent to Vacate" submitted
by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find
and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The vacation of all that part of the Port Ludlow-
Paradise Road lying outside the relocation of this
said road at the junction with the Port Ludlow Road
as shown on the plan of this relocation for Pope &
Talbot Development, Inc., Port Ludlow No.4. plan
dated January 2, 1979, sheet 1 of 1 on file at the
Jefferson County Department of Public Works.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abondoned.
