RESOLUTION NO. 88-79
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENT ION
COUNTY PLANNlNG DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 4th day of September, 1979, declare that an emergency existed to pro-
vide additional funds for the Jefferson County Planning Department in the
sum of $6,000.00; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, September
17, 1979, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County Planning
Department Budget the sum of $6,000.00 to be used for consulting services
as follows:
EXPENDITURES:
Professional Services
517.10.31
$6,000.00
REVENUE:
WA State Department of Ecology
334.30.60
$6,000.00
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the above noted account, not exceeding the
gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof.
