RESOLUTION NO. 91-79
JEFFERSON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NO. 3
ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation into Jefferson County Water
District No. 3 was filed with the Board of Commissioners of the district
to which annexation is desired by William W. Thomas, on the 11th day of
August, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the said petition was found in accordance with R.C.W.
75.24.070 by said Board of Commissioners and approved during a regular
meeting held the 11th day of August, 1979, as recorded in the minutes of
that meeting, being attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the said petition and minutes of approval were submitted'
to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners for final implementation on
the 27th day of August, 1979, at which time a hearing date was set for the
17th day of September, 1979, and notice was publiShed setting forth the
legal description of the area for which annexation is petitioned, and
stating the ,time, date, and place, inviting interested persons .to appear
and voice approval or disapproval Of the annexation; and
WHEREAS, this being the time, place, and date so publiShed, and
no Objection was interposed; nQw, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the boundaries of Jefferson County Water District No. 3 be amended to
include the land described as follows:
Tax 4 in Section 33, Township 26 North
Range 1 West"W.M.
APPROVED and DATED this 17th day of September, 1979.
