RESOLUTION NO. 91-79 A
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners and Jefferson County Planning Department the legal description on
the final plat of the Caine Short Plat is incomplete; and
WHEREAS, the incomplete legal description was not discovered during the
normal administrative review of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Caine Short Plat be amended to include the
legal description of the subject plat as follows: Government Lot 1 in Section 12,
Township 30 North, Range 2 West, W.M., Jefferson County, Washington, EXCERT the
following described tracts; a portion of Government Lot 1, Section 12, Township
30 North, Range 2 West, W.M., more particularly described as beginning at the
Southwest Corner of Government Lot 1, Section 12, Township 30 North, Range 2 West,
W.M., a washer axle, thence south 89048123" east, 350 feet along the South Line of
said Government Lot 1, thence north 33009123" west to an intersection with the
government meander line, thence southwesterly along the government meander line to
an intersection with the West Line of said Government Lot 1, thence south 0011109"
west along said West Line to the point of beginning; and EXCEPT the easterly 300
feet of said Government Lot 1; and EXCEPT that portion of Government Lot 1 in said
Section 12, described as, to-wit, beginning at the center of the East Line of said
Government Lot 1, thence at right angles west 300 feet to the true point of begin-
ning, (said point being the Southwest Corner of the North Half of the easterly
300 feet of said Government Lot 1 as measured along the East Line of said Govern-
ment Lot 1), thence north 450 west to intersect the government meander line, thence
northeasterly along said government meander line to a point that lies directly
north of the point of beginning, thence south to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the correction be placed on a duplicate mylar
and filed withthe Jefferson County Auditor referring to this resolution.
