RESOLUTION NO. 96-79
ORDER TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY ROAD
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report and the County Planning Department's report with respect
to "Resolution No. 83-79, Intent to Establish a County Road", submitted by
the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publica-
tion being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and deter-
mine that the public will be benefited by the establishment as a part of
the County Road System:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
That road known as the Griffith Point Road, County Road
No. 4-5.45 and R. 1. D. No.1 from Engineer Station 0+15
to Engineer Station 88+80,
be and the same are hereby established.
APPROVED this 8th day of October, 1979
