RESOLUTION NO. 99-79
WHERFAS, vehicle number 12W, a 1976 Chevrolet Suberban,
VIN:CKU166F152770, License number C-35814, is no longer needed by the County
Sheriff Department; and
HHEREAS, the County Road Department does have a need for this
vehicle; and
WIlliREAS, RC\.J 39.33.060 authorizes the county to either conveyor
contract with the County Road Department for the usage of such property;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that vehicle number 12\,y, the 1976
Chevrolet Suber ban, if hereby transferred from the Sheriff Department to
the County Road Department. The County Road Department shall pay all
expenses of operation and maintenance.
