Range 2 West, W. M., lying East of the existing Brinnon Church Road, County Road
No. 70-0.53, as shown on the Right of Way location Map on file in the Jefferson
County Engineers Office.

The Grantor also grants to Jefferson County the right to construct and maintain necessary cut and fill
slopes, culverts, special ditches, and appurtenances where the same may extend beyond the limits of the land
hereby conveyed.
