RESOLUTION NO. 105-79
BUDGET TRANSFER
JEfFERSON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County District Court has expressed the
need to adjust the 1979 Budget of Expenditures for thier department to
allow for the purchase of necessary office equipment; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other accounts
within the budget of the department to permit the essential adjustments;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to make the following
transfer in the amount of one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00):
FROM:
512.40.21 - Supplies
TO:
512.40.60 - Capital Outlay
APPROVED this 22nd day of October, 1979.
